About Me:
With God’s grace, I hope to offer a Christian heart of acceptance and compassion to each of my clients.
In addition to being a licensed psychotherapist and trained executive and life coach, I’m also a faculty member at Concordia University where I teach Competence Plus Character model to the next generation of counselors, executive coaches, and organizational consultants. As an affiliate of Soul Shepherding, a non-profit ministry, I am passionate about helping pastors and ministry leaders find emotional health and foster a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
I speak on a variety of topics at churches and organizations throughout Orange County. I've taught everything from pre-marital workshops, marriage enrichment seminars, young adult series, parenting workshops, divorce recovery, and healthy dating for singles classes.

LOCATION:
You have choices!
In-person sessions held in my Corona Del Mar office. I offer telehealth Zoom therapy to all California residents.
Concierge coaching is available to all clients throughout the USA, by Zoom meetings or day-long intensives at your site or mine.
INSURANCE:
I do not take insurance - clients pay me directly. Therapy clients receive a Superbill to submit to their PPO insurance. Depending on coverage and deductible, both in-person and telehealth therapy clients may be partially reimbursed (some up to 50%-60%) for our 60-minute therapy sessions. Ask your insurance company about your mental health coverage.
BUSINESS OWNERS & CORPORATE CLIENTS:
Most of my business owners and corporate coaching clients receive a tax write-off for executive coaching sessions and one-to-one intensive charges. Ask your accountant.
FEES:
Fees are $250/hour; 20% sliding scale offered if needed.
